This is when the client gets to share their vision and idea of a luxury dream home. We view your land, and you give us the details we will need for a comprehensive design to hit all the items on your “wish list.” We then select an architect from our list to fit your needs.
Creation of construction documents. You get to see your vision begin to come to life utilizing CAD architectural designs. We work together to make sure everything is perfect before the building process begins.
I propose a budget based on the architectural and structural documents we prepare, and then I obtain building permits. At this point, you are relying on me and my extensive knowledge as a home builder to acquire all required building permits.
1. Concrete/frame is the most exciting phase when the foundation is poured and the house is framed.
2. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing & amp; insulation is when the neuro-system of the house is installed.
3. Wallboard and trim are another really exciting time in construction when the aesthetics of the house are installed, and the client can really “feel” the space.
4. Landscape and punch is the final stage of the project when the house is completed, and your dream is now real.
This is when I walk the house with a client to explain the project and provide the keys to their new luxury dream home.
